Primary responsibilities will include:
Answer, evaluate, and prioritize incoming telephone, voice mail, e-mail, and in-person requests for assistance from users experiencing problems with hardware, software, networking, and other computer-related technologies. 
Provide operational support for a 365/24/7 application monitoring environment.
Consistently identify, monitor and resolve application performance and technical issues.

Initially the work schedule will be 12 hour shifts (typically this will mean 36 hours one week and 48 hours the next), but we believe this will switch to a more traditional 5 day workweek after a couple of months.
