Position Purpose:
Supports planning, design, and implementation of voice and unified communications systems globally.  Evaluates and maintains existing or proposed communications services solutions (i.e. hardware and software).  Works with business sponsors and peer infrastructure teams in support of lifecycle management and deployment of new systems.  Manages medium to large projects including overseeing operational integrity for K-C&amp;rsquo;s core voice systems. This individual will be responsible for engineering, architecture, and feature deployment of legacy telephony systems and integration with emerging technology; ensures that all systems interoperate flawlessly and seamlessly. This individual participants in the establishment of new service models and for managing aspects of outsourced services.  He/she will consult with global contacts to ensure successful solution delivery across the corporation. Responsibilities can include requesting and reviewing project quotations from third party vendors, preparing appropriations, purchase requisitions, developing and executing project plans, budgetary estimates, and service delivery documentation. He/she will: participate in the hardware roadmap planning process; provide trouble shooting and problem resolution for issues escalated by or outside the scope of outsourced vendors; facilitate customer engagement (ad hoc consulting and workshops) for the use of voice and unified communications technologies; support, evaluate, and/or consult on Microsoft Lync Enterprise voice, Unified Messaging, Session Border Controllers, Avaya PBX systems (Aura suite of products including Contact Center facilities), Verint Work Force Optimization, audio conferencing integration, Session Initiation Protocol integration and telecommunications provider services, E.164 and enterprise dial plan design and deployment, least cost routing, IP Telephony, provide oversight with network based Quality of Service, establish processes and KPIs for measuring and reporting voice quality metrics (MOS and R factor) in the enterprise.

- Introduce, deliver, and support voice services and unified communications solutions for the business
- Coordinate ITS delivery of voice services in the USA and consult on the same globally

Responsibilities: 
 Become an indispensable partner that understands the needs of the business
 Provide ITS support for real-time technologies that facilitate delivery of flawless voice and real time collaboration services
 Advise and counsel K-C employees on solutions that grow and strengthen communication across the business.
 ITS Project Leader for assigned projects
 Facilitate collaboration between outsourced partners and ITS delivery engines
 Participate in identification, evaluation and selection of new technologies
 Other duties which may be assigned by a superior to meet business needs

Minimum Qualifications:
 Bachelor&amp;rsquo;s degree and/or equivalent experience (5+ years)
 Demonstrated skills in client relationship management, strong sense of urgency in delivering results, business knowledge, intuition and judgment, project leadership, cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity, strong communication and collaboration skills
 Ability to work in a matrix organization and drive collaboration across functions, departments and regions

Preferred Qualifications:
 Technical expertise in Microsoft and Avaya voice solutions
