Must be detailed oriented with excellent documentation skills. Should have extensive experience with remote tools such as PC Anywhere, Go to assist and Remote Resolve. Candidate should be customer focused and have the skills to work with customers over the phone to resolve their issue as well as at the desk. Must be able to be on call on weekends and at night.
