The ETL Sr. Developer is responsible for designing, delivering and supporting the Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) solutions for cross-boundary data-to-data integration, and ETL within the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) environment. The Business Objects Sr. Developer is responsible for the maintenance of the ETL technology, applications and processes that are in place to ensure stability, sustainability and performance related to the delivery of timely and accurate information into the EDW. Responsibilities: 
 Design, implement and support ETL processes and components of the EDW environment and other data-to-data environments. 
 Contribute to the definition and development of ETL technical standards 
 Ensure all aspects of ETL design and implementation align with Kimberly-Clarks reference model 
 Establish and ensure appropriate ETL metrics are defined, monitored and managed in support of and alignment with stakeholder business requirements

 Manage the ETL environment with regular updates to items such as address libraries which have been received from our vendors 
 Communicate to customers and stakeholders on planned and unplanned outages 
 Assist ETL Architect and infrastructure teams as needed with technical details of all technologies in use for projects such as new version upgrades, migration of hardware, production issues, etc. 
 Assist in resolving technical issues such as connectivity between servers, security methods used between servers for authentication and authorization, etc. 

Basic Qualifications 
 Bachelors Degree 
 7+ years overall experience in IT applications development or consulting related to IT applications development. 
 5+ years in technical development on ETL projects &amp;ndash; with some experience along the way doing these types of activities:
