Responsibilities (Day-to-Day Duties): - Understand existing architecture and map it in VISIO and/or PowerPoint. - Participate in business requirements analysis sessions. - Identify and document functional and derived requirements and map them to customer requirements. - Identify and document system requirements taking into account functional requirements as well as performance, functionality, and supportability, etc. - Complete functional and technical design deliverables. - Identify changes, analyze the impact of change and provide detailed assessments to determine the LOE. - Participate in technical interchange meetings. - Adhere to and contribute to development standards. - Escalate issues to development teams, other support organizations and third parties as appropriate. Job/Technical Requirements: - Hands-On experience with Linux and Windows OS and applications. - 8+ years of experience as Business Analyst with 5+ years in a Business Intelligence related role. - Hands-on experience working with Data Warehouses, Hyperion based Reporting as well as ERP and Enterprise Architecture. - Should have played role in creating reference architecture, requirements document and detailed designs. - Should have good VISIO and PowerPoint experience. - Should have implemented at least 2 enterprise BI and/Data Warehouses. - Previous Client experience is preferred. - Should have in-depth knowledge of various industry standard technologies including but not limited to Oracle (incl. Hyperion), SAP BW etc. - Must be a team player and have good communications skill.
