The Phone and Chat Agent will assist the Project Support Team by acting as the first line of contact for our dealer partners in need of answers via chat, email, telephone and written correspondence.
• Ability to work between the hours of 7 AM – Midnight, Monday through Sunday
• 2 years experience in a Customer Service role supporting dealerships
• Ability to work successfully in a call center environment (sitting, talking with dealer agents in a repetitive, regimented environment for an 8 hour shift)
• Exceptional written communication skills
• Demonstrate strong conversational skills
• Ability to work independently yet is a team player
• Strong attention to detail
Essential Functions:
• Provide courteous, professional and timely responses to a continuous volume of dealer concerns, as well as written dealer inquiries
• Respond directly to customer concerns using either telephone, chat, letter, or e-mail
• Identify and address all customer questions and concerns
• Thoroughly research and understand all facets of customers’ requests
• Ensure content of oral and written communication meets the needs of the target audience
• Work closely with Project Support Team
