Quest Group is currently seeking multiple experience Sr. Salesforce
Administrators for one of our industry leading clients located in
Atlanta, GA. These opportunities are Contract opportunities that are
slated to start immediately.


Work with Salesforce Center of Excellence managers to determine and
develop useful reports and dashboards within Salesforce.com.
Work with all level of the organization to determine needs and establish
priorities.
Work with business proactively engage partners in driving profitable
growth and increase market share through communication, collaboration, and
the development and execution of programs, services, and solutions

Requirements:


Must have previously worked with a CRM solution in a challenging
environment and shown success.
Intermediate experience with the administration of Salesforce.com and
Demand Tools required.
Familiarity with Change and Release Management processes
Capable of collecting and defining business requirements and
architecting a technical solution design for implementation that covers
all aspects of the requirements.
Strong configuration\administrations skills, development (APEX/Visual
Force) a plus.
Understanding of business processes and ability to translate business
requirements into application functionality
Must be a go-getter and salesforce.com enthusiast who thrives on working
in fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong team player with service-oriented attitude and customer focus
Strong configuration\development skills.
Experience in all phases of project cycle with interfacing both with
technical teams as well as multiple lines of the business users
Project management skills a plus
Familiarity with Change and Release Management processes and tools
Strong experience with salesforce workflow tools like Salesforce process
builder and workflow.
Strong Experience in Agile environments. Scaled Agile and Scrum
preferable.
(Nice to Have) Experience delivering solutions for Wave Analytics

Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration,
Engineering or related discipline with an information technology focus
2+ years of related Salesforce.com experience in IT
3+ years of CRM experience
Experience in all phases of project cycle with interfacing both with
technical teams as well as multiple lines of the business users
Proficient in MS Word, Power Point, Excel and Project
Strong proficiency of SalesForce.com and Demand Tools required.
Strong communication skills
